Albert Ballesteros

Ballesteros joined the Austin FC coaching staff in December 2024. Before coming to Austin, he was a first team assistant coach for FC Juárez of Liga MX in 2023 and 2024. Prior to his time with Juárez, he held roles as first team analyst, U-21 head coach, and U-15 head coach with LD Alajuelense in Costa Rica between 2021 and 2023. His experience includes time in Spain, Japan, Qatar, and India, and also as an analyst for Liverpool FC midfielder Thiago Alcântara.
