Alberto “Beto” González

González joined the Austin FC coaching staff in December 2024. Before coming to the United States, he worked with the United Arab Emirates Football Association where he was State Centers of Excellence Technical Director & Youth National Team Head Coach. The Valencia, Spain native has previously held roles as an academy coach for Valencia CF, second team head coach and first team fitness coach for Al Jazira Club, technical director for Al Ain FC, and U-17 head coach for Al Nasr SC.
