Austin FC today announced a new multiyear partnership agreement with Frost, the well-known Texas-based financial services provider. Frost becomes the Official Retail and Commercial Bank of Austin FC.
“We’re excited to enter into this partnership with Frost as they expand their footprint in Austin,” said Austin FC President Andy Loughnane. “As a fellow Central Texas-based organization, we look forward to collaborating with them on brand new community impact initiatives to give back to the region that we call home.”
As part of the partnership, Frost and Austin FC will collaborate on joint community engagement and educational programs that support and encourage strong financial literacy. Austinites can expect to join Frost and Austin FC in Financial Education Academy programming focused on developing youth financial literacy, and as part of a small-business growth series designed to help local entrepreneurs through small-business showcases during the Austin FC season.
In addition, the partnership provides Frost media assets, extensive in-stadium signage, social, online and digital collaborations and interactive fan engagement moments.
“For us, this partnership is a perfect coming together of our common Texas roots and our shared values in financial belonging and community engagement,” said Blair McGrain, Chief Marketing Officer at Frost. “Our two organizations are already so aligned in how we prioritize our customers and our community, so this partnership was such a natural fit and we’re so thrilled to be a part of that Austin FC spirit.”
“Frost is proud to be an official partner of Austin FC, and we’re looking forward to all of the incredible things our two organizations will do for our shared community,” said Frost’s Austin Region President Tim Crowley. “We recently launched a major expansion project that will see Frost double the number of locations we have in the Austin region to more than 30, and as we reach out to new communities and new customers, it’s important to us to be deeply ingrained with like-minded organizations who prioritize creating positive impact in the area, like Austin FC.”
The partnership agreement begins during Austin FC’s 2024 Major League Soccer season. To learn more about Frost, visit www.frostbank.com.
