Overview

4ATX Foundation has established an ambitious 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, marking the next phase of our work aimed at creating positive change through soccer. The strategic planning process included feedback from 70 community stakeholders and revealed an incredible opportunity for 4ATX to create transformational change for generations to come. While our mission and vision remain unchanged, we’re eager to share what lies ahead for the next phase of 4ATX.

Using the power of soccer, we equip students to become future leaders who invest in themselves and help create thriving communities across Central Texas.

Our Pillars

To align with this opportunity and better serve our families, we have refocused our service pillars to guide our work. These pillars will amplify our impact and create a principled cycle of reinvestment back into the communities that 4ATX Foundation serves.

2030 Goals

Goal 1 - Connect Community

One million people across Central Texas live within 3 miles of a 4ATX Foundation cultivated space by 2030.

10,000 leaders aged 6–17 will be trained and confidently equipped for their futures and will choose leadership roles at various levels within their respective communities by 2030.

Goal 2 - Cultivate Spaces
Goal 3 - Future Leaders

Build a network of young people who become coaches, volunteers, interns, continued supporters of 4ATX Foundation, and lifelong fans of Austin FC.

Our Strategies

We’ve identified three strategic priorities that will guide the next phase of our work. Over the next five years, we will:

  1. Expand and grow our youth development programs such as Verde Leaders and the Verde Youth Leadership Academy to deepen our impact and grow the Verde community.
  2. Innovate and incubate current programs and service gap areas that can accelerate or amplify our impact (i.e Elementary & Post-Secondary), while beginning to research and quantify the impact of 4ATX programs on participant quality of life.
  3. Strengthen organizational infrastructure to ensure 4ATX is equipped to maintain the highest standards of programming through change and have adequate marketing and development support.
