Career Summary

On January 11 2024, Austin FC II announced the club acquired winger Christopher Garcia. Garcia arrives on a season-long loan from USL Championship side El Paso Locomotive FC.

Garcia, a 20-year-old El Paso native, is a product of the RSL Academy. He made his MLS debut for RSL in 2020 before a loan stint with Ljungskile SK of the Swedish third tier. Upon returning to RSL, Garcia made two (2) more MLS appearances during the 2022 season, as well as recording one (1) goal and two (2) assists in 10 MLS NEXT Pro appearances with Real Monarchs.

Garcia signed with Locomotive FC permanently ahead of the 2023 campaign and went on to appear in 18 matches with El Paso in 2023, scoring one (1) goal in 383 minutes.
