Austin FC announced today that the Club promoted 18 full-time staff members ahead of the 2025 season, representing employees from both Business Operations and Soccer Operations.
“Austin FC is proud to continue to support our staff to develop and succeed in their careers,” said Austin FC President Andy Loughnane. “The Club prides itself in having talented people across all areas of our organization and we congratulate each staff member who earned a promotion ahead of the 2025 season.”
Within Soccer Operations, Ryan Thamm has been promoted to Head of Rehab and Sports Science, while Scott Waller has been promoted to Second Assistant Athletic Trainer for the First Team.
Within Business Operations, Nick Otte has been promoted to VP of Stadium Operations, Alfredo Naim has been promoted to Sr. Director of Fan Development, Erin Garner has been promoted to Sr. Director of Finance and Nick Makarov has been promoted to Sr. Director of Insights & Analytics.
