Austin FC announced today the addition of five (5) individuals to the Club’s ownership group: Jenny Just, Matt Hulsizer, Tench Coxe, Tanuj Gulati, and Dave Snyderman. The new members of the ownership group, who all have residence in Austin, acquire non-controlling, minority stakes in the Club, and represent an investment that will help fuel the Club’s continued growth. Austin FC Founder, CEO, and Majority Owner Anthony Precourt retains majority ownership control of the Club and, notably, each additional member of the original investment group – which also includes Austin FC co-founder Eduardo Margain as well as Marius Haas, Bryan Sheffield, Matthew McConaughey, David Kahn, and Toby Neugebauer – remain as owners of the Club alongside Anthony Precourt in addition to the five (5) newly named individuals.

Anthony Precourt will continue as the Club’s appointed Governor within Major League Soccer’s Board of Governors, and Matt Hulsizer will become the Club’s Alternate Governor.
Jenny Just and Matt Hulsizer
Jenny Just and Matt Hulsizer are Co-Founders and Managing Partners of PEAK6 Investments, a financial services and technology firm headquartered in Austin. The couple started PEAK6 in 1997 as a proprietary options trading firm and have since grown it into a multibillion-dollar enterprise. Today, PEAK6’s core businesses include PEAK6 Capital Management, PEAK6 Strategic Capital, Apex Fintech Solutions, Team Focus Insurance Group, We Insure, Evil Geniuses, Zogo, and Poker Power.
By translating decades of building, scaling, and investing in technology and other industries into fresh, data-driven approaches on the pitch, Just and Hulsizer have forged a long and successful track record in global soccer. They held ownership stakes in AFC Bournemouth when the club captured the EFL Championship and earned promotion to the English Premier League for the first time in 125 years; in Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. from 2021 to 2024, a span in which the team competed in the Premier League; and in Dundalk F.C., which made history during their tenure by becoming the first Irish club to qualify for the group stages of the UEFA Europa League on two (2) occasions.
Tench Coxe
Tench Coxe attended Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School and worked at a computer company before joining Sutter Hill Ventures in 1987. He spent the next 35 years investing in hardware and software technology companies and was a Managing Director at Sutter Hill from 1989 to 2020. Tench has served on the board of chip designer Nvidia since 1993.
Tanuj Gulati
Tanuj Gulati is an entrepreneur and investor. Tanuj has successfully started and run multiple cybersecurity companies, most recently as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Securonix where he helped the company launch several market-leading products. A lifelong soccer fan, Tanuj grew up playing for his school varsity team and continues to play today.
Dave Snyderman
Dave Snyderman is the Managing Partner of Magnetar Capital, which he joined shortly after it launched in 2005. He also serves as Global Head of the firm’s Alternative Credit and Fixed Income business, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and a member of Magnetar’s Management Committee. Snyderman is a founding board member of the Magnetar Capital Foundation, which partnered with UChicago STEM Education to provide an innovative high school-based financial education program which has educated nearly 26,000 students.
