AUSTIN, Texas – Austin FC (“the Club”) announced today that it has finalized an office lease agreement for Austin space in the Domain area, approximately seven-tenths of a mile from the Club’s McKalla Place Major League Soccer (MLS) stadium site. The Club anticipates moving staff into the leased space in February 2019 after the suite is prepared for occupancy. Austin FC will begin operations in the space with approximately 15 full-time employees and will eventually grow to a staff size of approximately 100 full-time employees once the team begins play in Major League Soccer.

Located at 1835-A Kramer Lane, Suite 600, the 15,600-square foot space is near the intersection of Kramer Lane and Metric Blvd. It is a multi-tenant office building set within an office campus. Austin FC was represented by Nate Stricklen and Timothy Donohue of CBRE Austin office.
Austin FC will occupy the Kramer Lane space until such time that permanent Club offices are constructed.
