Austin FC announced today that the Club promoted 37 full-time staff members, representing employees from both Business Operations and Soccer Operations, to new roles ahead of the 2023 Major League Soccer season.
“As a Club, we strongly believe in the opportunity to develop, grow and succeed,” said Austin FC President Andy Loughnane. “Austin FC is proud and fortunate to have some of the industry’s best talents across all areas of our organization, and we wish to congratulate each staff member who earned a promotion ahead of the 2023 season.”
With respect to Soccer Operations, Sean Rubio (formerly Director of Player Personnel) has been named Austin FC’s Interim Sporting Director, while Andrew DiLallo has been promoted to Vice President, Sporting Operations.
Within Business Operations, James Ruth is now the Club’s Chief Marketing Officer. Jinny Reif has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance, Chris Quinn as Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Ryan Fannin as Senior Vice President of Information Technology.
