Chris Harmon joined Austin FC II as an Assistant Coach on March 5, 2024. Harmon’s most recent role was with the New York Red Bulls Academy, where he was the U-17 Head Coach. Originally from Downington, Pennsylvania, he attended Old Dominion University where he played collegiate soccer and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health & physical education.
His coaching career began at the collegiate level where he served as an Assistant Coach at Florida Southern College before returning to his alma mater Old Dominion in the same role. Harmon then spent some time as a Head Coach & Assistant Academy Director at Barca Residency Academy.
