The judges for the Austin FC Dream Starter Competition, presented by Q2 and in collaboration with DivInc, have made their decision.
Anthony Gantt, Founder and CEO of At Ease, is the winner of the Inaugural Austin FC Dream Starter Competition!
Gantt was one of five Austinite entrepreneur finalists for the Inaugural Dream Starter competition: Adrianna Cantu (Revealix), Gantt, Roman Gonzalez (Gardenio), Beth White (MeBeBot), and Hope Young (Biomedical Music Solutions).
Cantu, Gantt, Gonzalez, White and Young all presented their ideas during The Pitch Contest on June 10 at Q2 Stadium, from which one winner was chosen to receive $100,000 to jumpstart and/or accelerate their new business venture.
For The Pitch Contest, held at the Q2 Field Club in Q2 Stadium, each finalist presentation was evaluated by a diverse selection of representatives from Austin FC, Q2 Holdings Inc., DivInc and other executives from the Austin entrepreneurial community.
Launched in May 2021, the Dream Starter competition will occur annually and recognize local entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups whose ingenuity and vision enrich the whole Austin community.
