Mobile Ordering
Fans can skip the line at Q2 Stadium while ordering food, drinks and merch by using the Austin FC and Q2 Stadium App.
Bag Policy
Q2 Stadium prohibits all bags (including clear bags), backpacks, and other carriers. Exemptions will be made for medical bags, childcare bags, and clutch size purses or bags equal to or smaller than the size of your hand. Bags can be checked in a locker for $10.00.
Water Policy
Fans coming to Q2 Stadium are allowed to bring a single, factory-sealed, container of water up to 20oz. Fans will need to open the container and throw away the cap as they walk through security. Q2 Stadium does not permit personal drinkware through the gates.
Payment Methods
Q2 Stadium is a cashless facility. To exchange cash for a Netspend cash card, visit Guest Services on the Main Concourse (100) behind Section 124.
Wifi Information
Fans are encouraged to leverage Q2 Stadium's WiFi. The network is "Austin FC WiFi". No password is required.
H-E-B Plaza
Stop by H-E-B Plaza from 4:00 PM to Kickoff for fan promotions, activations, and a live DJ.
Parking & Mobility
Pre-plan your arrival for tonight's match. Purchase off-site parking using Pavemint or plan another method of transportation with help from our Mobility page. Reminder: on-site parking is sold out. If you are not utilizing rideshare, do not drive onto McKalla Place, Aguillar Street, or Bright Verde Way.
