Q2 Stadium prohibits all bags (including clear bags), backpacks, and other carriers. Exemptions will be made for medical bags, childcare bags, and clutch size purses or bags equal to or smaller than the size of your hand. Bags can be checked in a locker for $10.

Q2 Stadium is a cashless facility. To exchange cash for a Netspend cash card visit Guest Services on the Main Concourse (100) behind Section 124.

While vaccines and masks are not mandated, they are encouraged. Masks are available throughout the stadium and at Guest Services. For fans wanting to get their vaccine or booster, you can stop by section 136 on the main concourse.

To enhance fan comfort, as well as to reinforce Q2 Stadium and Austin FC’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, empty 30-ounce or smaller reusable drink vessels will be allowed into the stadium throughout the 2022 season. Fans are encouraged to stay healthy and hydrated by visiting YETI water stations located in the Southeast and Northwest corners of the stadium, as well as other water stations throughout the venue.
