Austin FC today announced the Club’s English and Spanish language radio partners and talent for the 2025 season. As in Austin FC’s first four (4) seasons in MLS, all 34 of the Club’s 2025 MLS regular season matches will feature live local radio broadcasts on iHeartRadio’s Alt 97.5 in English and Univision’s TUDN Radio Austin (104.3-HD2, KLQB-FM) in Spanish.
Lincoln Rose continues in his role as Austin FC’s English language radio play-by-play announcer which he has held since the Club’s inaugural season. An Austin native, Rose has additionally partnered with national and regional television networks to promote soccer at the youth, college, and professional levels.
On Spanish language radio, Ignacio Araujo Escamilla returns for his second season as the primary play-by-play announcer. Araujo previously called Austin FC matches as an analyst on occasion during the 2022 and 2023 seasons and moved into the primary role in 2024. Araujo has been working in various roles within Central Texas’ Spanish language radio landscape since 1999, and as a local radio personality, has long been a vocal supporter of soccer in the region.
