On October 5, 4ATX Foundation hosted middle students in the Verde Leaders program at Bedichek Middle School and their families on a field trip to visit EVO Entertainment in Kyle, Texas. EVO, part of Elevate Entertainment Group, is Austin FC's official cinema and entertainment center.
Participants were able to learn more about EVO and various career opportunities, take a tour of the facility, enjoy games, and food at no cost. Select Verde Leaders also received EVO gift cards through an on-site raffle.
“We were so excited to see the Verde Leaders bring their ‘Main Character Energy’ to EVO Entertainment! Hosting these students was a fantastic opportunity to show them the magic of our business and spark their curiosity about the entertainment industry,” said EVO Office Culture Manager, Jamie Roberts. “We hope this experience not only inspired them but also empowered them to see themselves as future leaders in any field they choose. We’re proud to support the Verde Leaders program and can’t wait for more moments like this to come.”
The field trip was part of EVO's initiative to help those in the Verde Leaders program to learn about business, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
“Introducing students to various career and leadership pathways is such a vital part of their education and growth off the field, and we’re thrilled to offer these opportunities, in partnership with EVO Entertainment, to our Verde Leaders,” said 4ATX Foundation Executive Director, Kaitlin Mauro. “Thank you to EVO for their continued investment in the next generation.”
