Austin FC Academy defender Gavin Wolff was named to the U.S. U-15 Men’s Youth National Team (MYNT) roster for the program’s upcoming training camp and tournament in San Pedro del Pinatar, Spain. The call-up is Wolff’s third at the U-15 international level, following domestic training camps in October 2022 and January 2023.
“We’re very proud of Gavin for earning another call-up with the U.S. U-15s,” said Austin FC Academy General Manager Tyson Wahl. “He has really progressed throughout this entire spring, performed well at the Generation adidas Cup, and it’s fantastic to see his continued development.”
Wolff played a key role in Austin FC U-15 winning Generation adidas Cup in Florida earlier this month. He was the anchor of a defensive unit which allowed only two (2) goals in seven (7) matches. Wolff was named to the Generation adidas Cup Best XI for his performances throughout the tournament.
Wolff will join the U.S. U-15 MYNT for the start of the camp on April 21 through its conclusion on May 1.
