Austin FC and FSI have signed an educational cooperation agreement through which both institutions will collaborate in a professional alliance in order to promote Sports Science applied to football.
Austin FC is a team from the city of Austin, Texas in the United States that joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as a new team in 2021.
This agreement will provide Austin FC coaches with access for two seasons to FSI’s online training programs, adding value to the players’ daily routines and training programs.
FSI will implement a new internship program in the United States, accessible to those students who have completed their Master' degree which will consist of internships at clubs by quarter or semester. In this way, both institutions will promote job placement and networking between professionals accredited by FSI and club technical staff.
