On Thursday, April 10th, Austin FC hosted its 2nd Annual Sports Leadership Summit presented by SWBC PEO at Q2 Stadium's SciPlay Sports Bar. The event welcomed aspiring students from local schools and organizations including Huston-Tillotson, Breakthrough Central Texas, St. Edward's, Texas State, and UT-Austin.
Designed to inspire the next generation of sports industry leaders, the summit provided students with direct access to Austin FC executives and professionals working across various departments of the Club.
The panel featured:
- Avin Assomull – Sr. Vice President, Sales & Service
- Jordan Enke – Sr. Vice President, Stadium Operations
- Trennis Jones – Vice President, Community Impact
- Ryan Madden – Sr. Vice President, Marketing
- Kaitlin Mauro – Executive Director, 4ATX Foundation
- Jinny Reif – Sr. Vice President, Finance
The 90-minute event included a powerful panel discussion followed by an open networking session where students had the chance to connect one-on-one with Club leaders and SWBC | PEO executives, with one student winning a "Career Support Package" from Career Coach Asha Sowell.
