In addition, 4ATX released a first look at its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan and its revamped website, providing insight as to where the Foundation plans to drive impact for the next five (5) years.

“We’re grateful to have continued our mission to use soccer to help communities thrive in 2024 with the help of so many of our partners and community members,” said 4ATX Foundation Executive Director Kaitlin Mauro. “It’s an honor to serve alongside like-minded Central Texans, and we’re ready to approach the next 5-years of 4ATX with a reinvigorated direction focus as we begin implementing our new strategic plan.”

4ATX’s featured program, Verde Leaders, served over 700 students throughout 2024. In an end-of-year survey, 94 percent of Verde Leaders students said they felt more connected to their community, 92 percent said they felt more capable of achieving their goals, and 95 percent said they felt more hopeful about their future.

In addition to programs like Verde Leaders, 4ATX collaborated with local and national nonprofits such as Andy Roddick Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of the Austin Area, Con Mi Madre, and Girls’ Empowerment Network to deepen its impact across Central Texas.

Verde Leaders Coach Bryan Aviles was named a 2024 Billie Jean King Youth Leadership Award Regional Honoree by ESPN. Three (3) high school students from the Q2 Verde Youth Leadership Academy were invited to speak at the Girls’ Empowerment Network’s Radiant G Conference about their experience as role models and young women in sports.
