Austin FC midfielder Owen Wolff was voted to the Major League Soccer (MLS) Team of the Matchday bench for his role in the team’s 1-0 home win over LA Galaxy on Saturday at Q2 Stadium. Wolff earns his second Team of the Matchday honor of 2025.
Wolff was highly effective on both sides of the ball. He finished as the game’s leader in multiple statistical categories, including successful dribbles (3/3), tackles (2/2), pass accuracy (97 percent), and duels won (5/7).
The shutout was Austin’s fifth of 2025, tied for the most among all teams in MLS. The Verde & Black are currently in second place in the Western Conference after nine (9) weeks of the season.
